Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Dayly. By creating an account or using Dayly, you accept them.
Your account
- You need to be at least 13 to use Dayly, and old enough to make a binding agreement where you live to buy a paid plan.
- You sign in with Google or with an email and password. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for what happens under your Dayly account.
- Handles are first come, first served, but you can't pick one to impersonate someone or a brand. We may reserve or reassign handles to prevent impersonation, for example in favour of the person who verifies the matching X account.
Your content
The numbers, captions and posts you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run Dayly, and to show them in the places you choose: your cards, your public page, the wall and your groups. You can delete them or switch any of those off at any time.
Only enter numbers you're entitled to share, and don't make your public page or cards misleading about your own results.
Fair use
Please don't:
- break the law, or harass, impersonate or mislead anyone;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or get around plan limits;
- scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell it;
- connect keys or accounts you don't have the right to use.
We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Connected accounts
When you connect GitHub, Stripe, Dodo Payments, Polar, YouTube, Threads or Instagram, you authorise Dayly to read the data described in our Privacy Policy. Those services' own terms still apply to you, and Dayly isn't responsible when they change or go down. Dayly never posts on your behalf.
Plans and billing
- Dayly has a free plan and two paid plans, Creator and Founder, billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are on our home page.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments or Polar as merchant of record. They charge you, handle taxes and appear on your statement.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; you keep paid features until the period ends.
- If we change prices, we'll tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. Changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.
- Complimentary access we give you lasts for the period stated when it's granted, then your account returns to its normal plan.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
AI drafts
ShipStory drafts are written by an AI model from your commits and numbers. They can be wrong or sound off. Read and edit every draft before you post it; what you publish is your responsibility.
The service
We work hard to keep Dayly running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that synced numbers will always match the source. We may change or retire features; if we retire a paid feature you rely on, we'll refund the unused part of your plan.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Dayly isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost followers, revenue or opportunities, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Ending your account
You can stop using Dayly at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact.hopup.lol@gmail.com. We may close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (like liability) continue after your account ends.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first; most problems get solved by email. If we can't resolve it, the courts of India have jurisdiction, without taking away any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Dayly after that means you accept the new terms.
